Peanut butter and berry Over night oats

This simple overnight oats recipe managed to make it past my two year olds palette, that means it must be good. We love it and there are numerous benefits to oats. Check out this article as to why you should include oats everyday.

Here are the ingredients and how to make it.

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 banana. Crushed half

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon Canadian maple syrup

Punch of salt

Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg.






Add all liquid ingredients in a sealable jar. Add peanut butter then spices. Add oats then banana crushed. Shake or mix thoroughly. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours. Allow to stand to remove the Chill for a half an hour in a bowl. Then top with your favourite topping. Enjoy.
